All of our fixed fees below depend on the inventions complexity and include a free attorney consultation to answer all your questions before you are provided with a fixed fee quote.
Patents
- Design Patent Application: $800 to $1200 Call for quote.
- Utility Patent Application: $1600 to $4000 Call for quote.
- Provisional Patent Application: $600 to $1200 Call for quote
- Patent Search: starting at $650
- Response to Patent Office Action: $400 to $700 Call for quote.
- PCT (Foreign Patent) Application (from existing US Patent Application): $5000 includes filing fees
Trademarks
- Trademark Application: $475 (Plus USPTO filing fee)
- Trademark Search Comprehensive: $650 (Search includes: Attorney consultation, USPTO database, all US State databases, Dun & Bradstreet, business directories, tradenames, domain names)
- Response to Trademark Office Action: $450 to $750 Call for quote.
- Petition to revive: $350.00 (plus USPTO $100 filing fee and USPTO extension of time fee at $150 per 6 months intervals)
- Statement of Use: $250 (plus USPTO filing fee of $100)
- Section 8 & 15 Declaration: $600
Copyright
- Copyright Application: $200 (plus Copyright filing fee of $35)
